The HDMI extender over single Cat6e/cat6 is a tool for displaying HDMI content at long distances.  Instead of using expensive HDMI cables, your existing CAT5E/CAT6 cables/sockets can perform functions like transferring FULL HD video and PCM2.0 digital aduio.
